Refund policy

At Mahjabeen Sumera, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

We only offer a "Conditional Exchange" if you find the product faulty. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the workmanship, you must get back to us within 72 hours of receipt. After you generate a query, our Quality Assurance Department will investigate the issue and get back to you.

After reviewing the case, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases. Moreover, customized orders or orders where a discount has been given are not eligible for a return, refund, or chargeback.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
